The Big 30 is a well rounded, short and to the point, core exercise workout that increases strength on the anterior, posterior, and lateral parts of the body. The core, also known as the front and back of the body between the shoulders and knees, is extremely important in creating injury free athletes as well as powerful and consistent athletes. Building up core strength will not only help gain power in hitting and pitching, but will prove helpful in all sporting events as well as every day life.

A hitter specific core strengthening and balance workout. The exercises have been specifically chosen to the weaknesses that have been seen on a regular basis in young hitters. This workout is a circuit style workout. Do each exercise for the allotted reps and then move on to the next exercise. When done with all 6 exercises you start back at the beginning. You are to do this 3 times through. This workout can be done up to 3 times a week or rotated with Pitchers Core Strength and Stability and the Big 30.
